At Time to Coast, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and carefully.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • We do not process or ship on weekends or U.S. Holidays.
  • During peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship within the continuous United States only.  Delivery times begin once your order has shipped.

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) 
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) 
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days) 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping with $75 or more in purchases
  • Purchases under $75 are $7.95 with standard shipping 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.  You can use this link to track your purchases in real time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Time to Coast is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by carrier.  We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.  Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur reshipping fees.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We can only accept order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.  After that, your order may already be in processing.

Holiday & Peak Seasons

Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays and seasonal sales, as carriers often experience delays.
